Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie
My personal favorite breakfast!
1 serving - 309 calories, 7.5 g fat, .8 g sat fat, 42.1 g carbs, 3 grams fiber, 13.3 g protien

1 frozen banana
1 cup milk
1-2 Tbls. Unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp-1 Tbls. vanilla
1 Tbls. Peanut butter
1-2 packets artificial sweetener (I highly recommend Truvia)
Optional :add 2 frozen coffee cubes or ice cubes

Blend in blender or smoothie maker until smooth.

Cherry Chocolate Smoothie
High in natural sugar, but ohhh, so good.  So unless you're diabetic, go for it!
1 serving - 272 calories, 0 g fat, 0 g sat fat, 48 g carbs, 3.9 grams fiber, 15.1 g protien

1 1/2 cup frozen sweet cherries
2/3 cup milk *
1/3 plain non-fat greek yogurt (no cheating with flavored yogurts!!)
1-2 Tbls unsweetened cocoa powder
1 packet Truvia (or other artificial sweetener)

Blend in blender or smoothie maker until smooth. 
*You can use one cup milk and skip the yogurt if you wish.  However in this carb high recipe, the greek yogurt adds a nice balance of protien.
